Beacon has a genuine experience in designing and marketing propeller nozzles both for straight shaft propulsion and for azimuth propulsion units, steerable nozzles and rudders. Every equipment is designed with latest knowledge and manufactured utilizing modern machines.
The nozzles and rudders are designed according to the requirements of the customer and the Classification society.
The connection area of the nozzle and the rudder to the vessel's hull is designed by Beacon when the drawings of the vessel's hull are available. The connection area can also be designed and manufactured as a rather large block in accordance to Class requirements. FEM-analysis is available, if needed.
