The Vane Brothers has converted two tugs to ATB tugs: the Elizabeth Ann Class tugs have been fitted with JAK® 400 PHL
The Vane Brothers has converted two tugs to ATB tugs at St. Johns Ship Building in Palatka, Florida. As part of the conversion, the Elizabeth Ann Class tugs have been fitted with JAK® 400 PHL. Entech Designs, LLC, is leading the conversion and modification of the tugs. NETSCo was selected to support the ATB conversion of the barges.
